I have never been disappointed by Jersey Mike's Subs, they have always been fantastic!
This location never has rosemary parm bread past 4pm. I saw them open the bread holder and I see some rosemary parm bread in the back and they say they can’t give it to me because it’s for the online orders…why not give the bread to the person right in front of you and not try to save it for orders that MAY come….. if you are always out of the most common bread before dinner even starts, there’s a problem and you need to start making more to meet demand. This location is the definition of dysfunctional. They asked every customer what bread and toppings they wanted and prepped every customer's bread at once (instead of just taking one customer at a time from beginning to end), made you wait again until the girl actually making the subs was ready to ask what toppings you wanted for a second time, and then had you pay after waiting again.
