Me and my mom just picked up a big food order for the hospital we work for, they were super busy and understaffed today but did amazing! They were very efficient and quick with how many people were inside when we got there! SHOUT OUT TO THE PEOPLE WORKING TODAY AT 1:30ish!! Yall did amazing!
DO NOT COME HERE!!! Location is so disgusting and not clean. Place has black mold growing in the air vents. Literally making employees and customers sick. License should be taken away by the health inspectors.
I used to love this place but man oh man, I go in, I order my regular order, ask for the veterans discount, and the employee tells the other employee inputting the order,”it’s a dollar” (on a $56 dollar order 😶) I know a discount is a discount but a dollar, really Jersey mikes? That’s 2 percent off… For my fellow veterans if you want the good ol 10% discount there are other jersey mikes a few mins farther that do it
I had a rough first time in, but Brad stepped in and resolved all my questions and concerns and fixed EVERYTHING! I am so pleased. My husband LOVES his chicken bacon ranch subs from here and its honestly his favorite sub shop! Its nice and cool in their store, and its spacious and very very clean! This has been a great experience after all and we will be returning customer from here on! Thanks Brad and the team at the lake forest location, yall went above and beyond for us and we do SINCERELY APPERCIATE IT!!!
