had to wait in store for 50 minutes AFTER the app said my food should have been ready, they finally finish my order and not a single word, no "sorry this is almost an hour late and you had to watch us make sandwiches for 20 people who walked in to order before yours"....not a word. They even had one employee just watching the other two the entire time. I used to buy 10 sandwiches a week now never going back.
The staff here is super friendly, always have smiles on their faces, and you can tell they all enjoy what they do.
I average 1 to 2 giant subs a week. I have been so disappointed this past month on my call in order. It's either the wrong bread, not the ingredients I ask for, the sandwiches are getting thinner and I order MIKE'S way never get that either. I will try other locations hopefully I get what I ordered. I will let you know so sad to have had a great sub start to go down this way
