Gentleman on the register around 4pm yesterday was a gem and helped me “hop” the mobile order line with a smile when I asked if it was ready. It was my first time visiting (but it certainly won’t be my last), and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly, too. On top of that, my order was perfect and my bowl was packed to the brim.
This place sucks and that’s putting it nicely. Sure I like my Philly cheese if I ever get it. 2 times in a row we order 4 sandwiches and pay for 4 sandwiches and when they show up there is only 3 sandwiches in the bag. I get messing up some condiments but to forget a whole sandwich two times is ridiculous. Please make sure your employees can count past 3!!!
Our experience tonight was exceptional! The workers were busy but attentive and so much fun! They did not get stressed and communicated they would be with us shortly. That in itself is HUGE. It truly wasn’t but 10 minutes(or less) before they helped us. I didn’t get there names, only a photo. These amazing workers in Williston VT deserve some praise! The best customer service and the best sandwiches ever from Jersey Mikes
