Upon arriving to pick up, i sat down and waitied. I then watched 12-15 walk in orders, order, receve their food and leave before i got mine. My online order said 12:04 pickup. After asking about my food,the girl quickly got an attitude with my question and said, they are backed up and it will be longer. Ordered through the app. Paid for extra bacon and extra cheese and def didn’t get it. Plus the special requests were not put on either. 2nd time this has happened at this location it’s ridiculous
