I love Jersey Mikes and often order from another location with a great experience, so I decided to try the Manchester location near my house. Last night was the second or third time I've ordered from the Manchester location and the second time it's been a horrible experience. I ordered last night with a 8:08 pick up time - I arrived at 8:20 (giving them extra time since the last time my pickup order was ready very late) and at that point they had not started my order along with a handful of others that were waiting. It was first and last time I have been there. The tables were dirty, customer service was the worst I have ever had. The cashier and guy who took the order were unable to communicate. The restroom was dirty and not working properly. Subs were 50/50. Don‘t recommend at all.
Had to delete my 5 star review from a year ago. Place has gone downhill. Last 3 times were bad, with today being the worst. White unripened tomatoes, stale bread, lettuce sitting in water, just gross. I am done giving them business. Jersey Mike's was bought out not too long ago. Such a shame. I enjoyed them over the years.
