When i ordered a chicken bacon ranch I got a Chipotle chicken instead when I walked up to the counter to ask if that was my sub I was told that it is and that it was what they had written on the ticket so they cannot remake it terrible customer service and long wait times would not recommend
Ordered the Original Italian and specifically requested no tomato due to an allergy, no oil, mustard instead, and added pickles. What I received had tomato and mayo all over it. Completely wrong order and a giant mess. Pretty frustrating when clear allergy instructions are ignored.
