The service was fast and the food was delicious! Jaxen, Ethan, and Ace were very friendly!
I have never been so annoyed. There online site screwed up and made it pick up instead of delivery. The food was sub par and the bowl was lunch meat and cheese. $47 dollars for complete pain in my ***. Never again, when I called they did nothing but basically told me to cancel on the site. However, know where on the site could I find way to cancel, so picked it up after tipping for delivery. Wow, they are not worth the hassle.
This is one of my favorite sandwich shops. The service is fantastic and very friendly. They learned my order within 2 visits. I can not recommend this location enough.
Taistless. Potbelly or firehouse subs are so much better.i wanted my Italian sub toasted and he did for about 5 seconds and was still cold. Just a crappy sandwich
I had a very disappointing experience at the Jersey Mike’s location in Glenview. The manager, Nicole, was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was kept on hold for over 15 minutes without any explanation. When I arrived at the store during my lunch break, she told me to “leave her store” and initially refused to serve me. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, she eventually decided to take my order, but only after serving several customers who had arrived after me. My daughter and I had lunch at this location yesterday. Although the food was great, the experience was ruined by the attitude of the man behind the counter. As soon he heard that my daughter had a gluten allergy he changed his demeanor. Because the equipment had to be wiped down in case of cross contamination. He even took it to the extent of saying to the couple behind my daughter “sorry it’s taking so long I was not expecting a gluten allergy.” Almost making my daughter feel ashamed of something she can’t help. I was very pleased with this Jersey Mike’s location in Dacula. The restaurant is SUPER CLEAN! All of the employees looked professional, were upbeat and talking to all of the customers, and they all exuded positivity so much so I could see it affecting the customers in a good way!!!
