The location at 15190 Isabella drive Big Rapids Michigan is the most clean and friendly place in town, the stainless is sparkling clean and the sandwiches are perfect every single time. Particularly yesterday June 6th 2026. Around 5pm. That crew is really good at their jobs they need a gold star and a pay raise.

I will never order from Jersey Mike’s again they took my money whether they delivered it or not we couldn’t find it then when I wanted my money back, they told me I had to call corporate office so I’ve been spending half hour so on the phone trying to get my money back this is the worst customer service I have ever ever seen
The food is fantastic but it's the people that ARE the problem. I have been very very very upset with a order I had received. I contacted the store and main corporate office and left a review. A guy higher up was visiting the store and told me that he was going to refund my meal. My mom NEVER got the refund. Then he told me that he was going to send me free coupons in the mail and demanded my address.
