Food is great as usual, experience is very dull, customer service is minimal to non, and I got a regular sandwich instead of what I git charged for which is the giant, I don't like making a fuss but even tho this is local, I'm never going back, I'd rather drive the 20 minutes to farmingdale
They have never disappointed me. Food is great, customer service is exceptional. They work hard and they deserve kudos!!
They bread is very light without any substance. Not nutritious. Disappointed
Sorry Subway, I regret to inform you of my desire to breakup I have been avoiding this place thinking it couldn’t be much better, and today I was proved wrong. My first visit to Jersey Mike’s included great customer service, super soft and fresh bread (this is what really got me), fresh sliced meat, and just overall deliciousness. I just wish they would have more sauce options because I hate to leave sweet onion teriyaki behind but I’m doing it regardless. Plus I love that they have sweet tea as a drink option!!
