I just got my 3 sandwiches from this location and I’m never coming back. When I walked in there was no greeting or smiles (unwelcoming). Then the guy (white guy is the only way to describe him because he did not have a name tag on) told us if we want to order we have to go to the other side. Then when he started making my sandwich he put the bread on the counter bare without any paper underneath which is so unsanitary. When I asked him he just looked at me with a blank stare. Worst customer service. The 3 workers there today need training before we ever come back again.
I’m from Arizona and my daughter told me to try Jersey Mikes it’s really good, but today when I went in with her the customer service was horrible. I’m visiting here and expecting people will be lively but none of the 3 workers smiled, or even greeted us. On top of that, they put my daughter’s sandwich on the counter without any paper underneath which is so uncleanly I was shocked. Staff needs training on customer service. Never coming here again. That’s why it’s never busy. Business is new in the area but will be gone soon because of their employees.
I went there today with my family to get sandwiches. The customer service was terrible. No greetings, no smiles, even while making my sandwich. Will never go there again.
