My husband forgot to give his phone number for the military points. Young man said to scan code on receipt. Tried that, but it was a survey app. Took the receipt up to a different guy with my question of how to get the points added to my husband's account, because the QR code was just to take a survey. The "cashier" was very short, dismissive and rude. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but he was exceptionally rude. Usually, the employees are great in Lenexa. That's why I didn't rate them worse.
Fast, friendly and good food. Prices are a bit high.
Generally get carryout. Haven't explored a lot of the menu yet but everything I've had at Jersey Mike's has been pretty good. I Dr up the turkey sub with red pepper relish/mayo and get the Big Kahuna's chicken or beef. Been consistently good so far.
Ordered the chicken salad for the first time. Barely any chicken salad. Mostly lettuce. Disappointing
