Im writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your store this evening. I ordered a mini sub, but later realized I had been charged for a regular sub. The receipt clearly reflected the incorrect item. When I returned to the counter to ask for an adjustment, the clerk left my receipt on the counter and ignored the issue for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. There was a lapse in communication when I ordered and didn’t look at the receipt when I paid and got the wrong thing. I didn’t find out until I got home and realized that the bag only had one sub in it and it wasn’t what we wanted. I decided I was going to eat the cost because I know that’s what was my intended order and was just going to re-order two new subs. When I went to pay for my two new subs, they took one off and gave it to me for free.
Good sandwiches and lots of meat!
