The staff in the store deserve a raise for sure because your management sucks. Understandably, this is a low-paying job, and you don’t always get what you pay for. However, when you’re out of bread and the customer is within earshot. You should probably not tell them, “give them this bread, they won’t notice.” I never checked my order before leaving the store. Out of bread???
Definitely not the best jersey Mike's. Every order something is amiss either they didn't follow instructions, left ingredients out, forgot whole items, really hard bread, built the sandwich badly and wrapped it falling apart, etc. I usually do delivery orders but went in the last time and it looked like a food bomb went off. A mess everywhere. I'm sure they get busy as heck, but they need to find time to clean. I like jersey Mike's gimmick of slicing the meat to order but it has to be a lot to deal with when they are slammed

so glad to see this location’s improvement the last few weeks! they’ve really picked up the pace, the crew is comfortable with each other and communicating even if there are errors. witnessed them handle a nasty complaint sign respect and politeness. love to see it
