Today April 24th around 7-ish I came to this location to pick up 2 sandwiches for me and my mate. No greeting, the rushing was crazy, cleanliness wasn’t there, and the bread was hard. I always get extra mayo and the girl who was making my sandwich was picking out jalapeños and banana peppers out of the mayo. Got all the way home and was not happy at all with my sandwich, the way it looked and tasted made me so upset.
Wasn’t welcomed entering the store… instead feeling welcome and maybe saying how are you, how can we serve you it was what sandwich do you want? Tables were dirty and trash can was overflowing. There was one employee just standing leaning over the prep table doing nothing. Don’t think we will be going back to this Jersey Mikes.
My tuna sandwich was tasteless. The person who prepared it was pleasant. Then another employee came out from the back, was annoyed about something and complained to her co-worker the whole time I was there. Right in front of me. I asked if they cut the giant sandwich in quarters and the complainer said yes. When I unwrapped it at home, she only cut the top half. I tipped them, told them I tipped them and got under their breath "thank yous." They just lost one customer.
3/ 7/25 at 11:15 Ordering sandwiches was more stressful than it needed to be for me and my two coworkers. Each of our orders had small mistakes. It would be helpful if sandwiches were made one customer at a time to avoid mix-ups. Thanks.
Apparently this location does not grill onions for a sub. Staff confirmed with manager that they do not grill onions for a sub that doesn’t “normally” list grilled onions anymore. I visit many Jersey Mike’s in the area and this was a first time ever hearing this. Ordered 3 subs, and the tops of 2 of the subs were mixed (white top, rosemary bottom and vice versa). I will not be taking my business here again.
