Recently ordered a box of sandwiches from this location. I just popped in and picked up my order. Everything was clearly labeled, the sandwiches were delicious, and the staff were friendly. The online ordering process was the easiest and most straightforward out of all of the competitors. All in all a great experience and we will be back!
We have really loved Jersey Mike's since they came to town several years ago. Last night was our first less than great experience. Ordered a few Philly cheese steaks and ended up with very little meat. Not sure if it's "shrinkflation" or just a bad night. Hope this isn't a trend. Would really miss their usual great sandwiches.
I've been to this location a few times and while the food is always up to standard, what stood out to me was the service and care. One person in particular, Ayana, exemplifies what it means to provide excellent service. Even as her hands deftly create mobile orders, she welcomes everyone in with a smile and still manages to quickly assist with orders at the counter, all while coaching other associates and still ensuring she delivers her best customer service to each guest.
