We have really loved Jersey Mike's since they came to town several years ago. Last night was our first less than great experience. Ordered a few Philly cheese steaks and ended up with very little meat. Not sure if it's "shrinkflation" or just a bad night. Hope this isn't a trend. Would really miss their usual great sandwiches.
I've been to this location a few times and while the food is always up to standard, what stood out to me was the service and care. One person in particular, Ayana, exemplifies what it means to provide excellent service. Even as her hands deftly create mobile orders, she welcomes everyone in with a smile and still manages to quickly assist with orders at the counter, all while coaching other associates and still ensuring she delivers her best customer service to each guest. Made fresh to order
Friendly service- had a little mistake on my sandwich and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to remedy. Highly recommend- good food and great service! Everything from the roast beef and turkey to the Buffalo chicken- YUM!
