I really don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but I also know that honest feedback helps others. I love Jersey Mike's, quite possibly one of my favorite places to get a sandwich. However, I would never go back to this location. If this had been my first time eating at Jersey Mike's, I'd never go back. I ordered through the app, there was something incorrect with both sandwiches to include even using the wrong bread. Terrible customer service. I ordered 3 sandwiches and paid for them. They forgot to put my sandwich in my bag. I left and didn’t realize till I was back at my hotel (30 mins away). When I called, they told me to come get it and they have a policy to not refund in-store orders if “I” forgot my sandwich. Why hand me my bag if the order wasn’t complete? Terrible….
Great and fresh food
This sub spot!!! SO good!! It has completely made me decide to switch from a well-known sub competitor to a loyal Jersey Mike's customer. The place was clean, well-lit and had a great atmosphere. The staff were kind and welcoming. The sandwhich was DELICIOUS and made exactly how I ordered it. I have a slight allergy to tomato and the staff double-checked for me to make sure they got it right (there were no tomatos!). They were all around so nice and the food was excellent. This will be my new sub spot from now on.
