The employees inside (especially the two black employees) are not treated like human beings at all. Don't buy from here. Go to the branch in Watertown and you'll at least be treated like humans. The taste is 8/10. We should stay away from uncaring and selfish employees.
The service at this location is atrocious, 5 staff members standing around, talking about last night and the plans for tonight. We were the only customers in the store and it took 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Now we know why it was not busy.
They're slow as hell they won't even look u in the face they always working 5 6 people but 3 of them just chatting and watching around you'll wait forever
Best jersey mikes in the boston area, hands down. Extra shoutout to Chris for always knowing my order and getting it to me perfect!
The slowest employees you will ever see in your life, a company that does not supervise them and does not care despite all this negativity, does not make any improvements, do not shop from this store, it is a big disappointment
