I had a really frustrating experience at the Jersey Mike’s in Melissa. The employee stood there making me repeat my order multiple times, constantly asking “Is this everything?” before even adding the toppings. It was aggravating, and the order took way too long for such a simple sandwich. It shouldn’t be that difficult to add a topping a customer is clearly asking for.I’m not sure what his intentions were, but the interaction came across as disrespectful. Why are orders always wrong? Why put names on items AND tip on the app for nameless sandwiches you have to investigate? Too expensive to continue to be disappointed.
