It still has fresh ingredients, but service for pickup orders isn't the greatest. Also it's getting so expensive
Very poor service. Ordered 5 subs took more than 15 minutes to complete my order. Spent $53. The sandwich makers took faster easier orders in front of mine. Guess customer service and a line order means nothing. Customers that arrived after me were finished and left before me. No apologies were made. Only excuses were made. Will go to North Olmsted Jersey Mikes next time.
I felt rushed and the employees seemed not to want to be there .my sub was not made right and way to much oil and vinegar that leaked through package on to my car seats..
Always behind on orders and very RUDE. Simple manners isn’t a thing here and that’s a reflection of BAD management.
Very rude people that work there. Customers must be putting them out. Your job at the counter requires you to be nice & that your not. Waaaayyyy to expensive for what you get. It wasnt good. Not going back.
