My order was delivered and two of the three sandwiches were incorrecty made. With wrong ingredients. I called the store and got NO satisfaction from management
Rude staff. Overpriced food. Meh type of food. Would only recommend if every other restaurant in a 100 miles radius was closed.
Visited this place with high hopes, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The subs were sloppily made, and my 'hot' sub was served cold. You're more likely to get a stomach ache than a satisfying meal here.
It still has fresh ingredients, but service for pickup orders isn't the greatest. Also it's getting so expensive
Very poor service. Ordered 5 subs took more than 15 minutes to complete my order. Spent $53. The sandwich makers took faster easier orders in front of mine. Guess customer service and a line order means nothing. Customers that arrived after me were finished and left before me. No apologies were made. Only excuses were made. Will go to North Olmsted Jersey Mikes next time.
