Wow, that was a bad sandwich... and $20 too...
I first discovered Jersey Mike's in Newcastle about three years ago. The sandwich was amazing and the customer service was great. Recently some of the customer service has not been the same and I have taken note of that. Most of the employees are very polite and normally offer a welcoming greeting as soon as you walk in the door.
