The guy serving us said there was no mayo, turns out they had a ton of mayo in packet form and in the bottle. He even gave it to the girl behind us but wouldn’t give me any mayo. He also laughed at my boyfriend when he asked what’s in the mikes sauce. Super unprofessional. Will not be returning.
I had gotten a sandwich from this location, only to find two inches worth of onions on it. There was hardly any meat or lettuce, a rude note saying, “I hope we added enough onions.” on the bag, with a smile and a heart drawn next to it. I found it incredibly rude and disrespectful. I ordered a club sandwich with extra onions and got more than bargained for. And a not on the bag that was completely unprofessional! This is just downright ridiculous and nasty! I may not come back to this place after I return this, ever! I went to the Timber Park location, had a brief conversation with the shift Mgr, and got refunded for the horrible sandwich.
