I rarely, well possibly ever, have written a bad review. The amount of times the staff touched their phones, were eating, and proceeded to prepare food without any hand washing….was gross. I kindly said they should really wash their hands after touching their phones and the staff snickered and thought it was funny. I wouldn’t have written the review otherwise, but someone needs to know before a customer ends up sick.
I said my name is Daniel and they put it down as gail??? Messed up my sandwich with another persons, made me a different sandwhich when I clearly said I wanted a chipotle chicken. My friend said he wanted mayo and lettuce but they gave him tomatoes which he is deathly allergic to. Overall just terrible service, lady has hearing problems for sure.
Said with my best Jersey accent: Listen up! If ya ain't been to Jersey Mike’s, what are ya even doin’ with your life? Walk in, BOOM, that fresh-baked bread smacks ya right in the face. Meat sliced fresh, grill sizzlin’—this ain’t some rinky-dink sandwich shop, this is how subs are supposed to be made. I roll in, order the portabella mushroom with chicken, cuz ya know—I got class.
