Had to wait 20 minutes to order with only one person in front of me. Too busy prioritizing online orders that I had to wait so long and then they ended up burning my food and had to remake it.
Found out they were not opened, very disappointed.
Normally I would give a higher rating since I find their subs tasty, but when you order wheat and get white, I can't accept that.
While my sandwich was being made another lady who was already eating hers, interrupted the lady making mine asking her to re-cut her sandwich. The lady making mine stopped, grabbed the other sandwich, put it on the board, cut it and then without changing her gloves finished making mine! I was so shocked I didn’t even have the chance to protest! How disgusting! That is a massive cross-contamination risk and just gross. My god people. Food handling is no joke. Figure it out.
