I never leave bad reviews but I’m still annoyed a day later so here we are. Last night I went to pick up my girlfriend’s order at the listed ready time of 7:24 PM. I showed up at that time, asked if her order was ready, and was told no. Which is fine, I could clearly see they were backed up as they were working on like nine sandwiches at once for pick-up orders. No big deal, it happens. Nothing to look at but food is so good! It's a must try!
This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast-food place. We placed our order online so it would be ready on time, at 11:30am, since we have co-workers with a timed break. We arrived about 11:20 and asked if it was ready. Of course, it wasn't yet. We saw our bag behind the register with our name on it. The cashier said they were waiting on one more sandwich.
