Love this place! Food is Great and the staff is awesome!
This is our “go to” Jersey Mike’s. Our sandwiches are made with love and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
I visited this location for a late dinner, my second time here, and unfortunately it will be my last. I ordered my usual sandwich and asked to use the restroom. When I returned, I attempted to engage in a friendly conversation with one of the male Latino employees, but he completely ignored me. I mentioned this to my wife, and after his coworker overheard me, he stepped in and asked if he could help. I explained that his colleague had ignored me. Went there tonight and I noticed that one of the workers was cleaning all the counters with the same dirty rag. He didn’t soak it with sanitizer or rinse it out. He just continued wiping all the counters and silver tray bins with the same dirty rag. I asked for a manager and there was not one at the site. These kids need to be trained properly on how to sanitize properly.
The woman working Saturday night (8/2) was unbelievably rude. She threw the food at my husband — it nearly slid off the counter. No idea what her problem was, but that’s not how you treat paying customers. A worker is a representative of the business, so be careful who you choose to hire. Really disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s.
