This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast-food place. We placed our order online so it would be ready on time, at 11:30am, since we have co-workers with a timed break. We arrived about 11:20 and asked if it was ready. Of course, it wasn't yet. We saw our bag behind the register with our name on it. The cashier said they were waiting on one more sandwich. Always a great sandwich choice
Ordered a regular Big Kahuna with no jalapeño. Gave me a giant and then told them no wanted regular, gave the have and got back to hotel and it jalapeños. Love their food ,but servivice not good.
