First of all, I wanna say I know it’s probably not fair but I have to vent somehow. The restaurant got my order right the food was good quality. The service was good. However, I used your Jersey Mike’s app to go pick up my food. It took me from my airport hotel to downtown Spokane on 2nd Ave. does that make sense? No you then look at the app and it says that the Jersey Mike’s is on Highway 2 but that’s not the case. The name of the street is called sunrise. UPDATE: Gave it another chance. BIG REGRET. Ordered ONLINE at 12:30 arrived at 12:55 and once again they still haven’t even started the order. The motto on the door “skip the line order online” and yet a half hour into placing my order and they have not even started it. They took everyone in the line first and have only just now grabbed the ticket to make my sandwich. I’m done! Walked in the door at 5:46pm, just walked out 6:34!!
