Reviews should be given an option of NO STARS… this store needs to provide training to employees on code of ethics.. I was totally humiliated today on top of being called a thief. I entered the store with my pop & chips.. there were at least 4 people in front of me..when it was my turn, the man employee looked at me and asked what I wanted.. gave him my order.. he suggested I sit and he’ll call me to the register when my sandwich was ready. Super slow service, kept messing up sandwiches and had to restart. Restaurant smells very weird and makes the food seem unappetizing. Staff was rude.
Very friendly and walked me threw everything
Very bad attitudes 😒 Sandwich was mid.... not sure if it was just mid because of the bad service, however, this was my first and last time going to Jersey Mikes!
The man an the counter had the worst customer service I have ever experienced and knew he di wrong, he wouldn't even give me his name is took his picture though... truly unprofessional I'm filling a formal complaint and will recommend nobody I know ever goes to this location again. I have never been treated this poorly! Do not go here!!!!
