Came in today Thursday 9/4 4:50pm nice staff the young man making the sandwiches has no listening skills the girls are nice but seconds after giving the order you forget what I asked is not a good look and I trusted that he would get it right and he did not it went from extras mayo to none at all and to me the little things make a difference so yeah not satisfied with Jersey Mike's today.
Placed an order for 4 sandwiches at 6:50 pm. The website said it would be a 45 minute wait and my food would be ready at 7:35 pm. I get to the restaurant to pick up my food to find out my order hasnt even been started on because the system is down. I was told that theu can see when orders come in but have no way of knowing what it is. The mexican guy with the curly hair had a very unpleasant attitude. I did not like the way he spoke to my father. If you are that upset about coming to work, find another job.
