J/M in Hudson NH off Rt.3 was excellent. TRISHA the woman that made my sub went a sub above and beyond. Very attentive and made sure everything was to my liking. Made sure the roast beef was fresh. That I Had enough of Mike’s way toppings. She made a work of art sub specifically for me. All the team members were extremely helpful and friendly. TRISHA deserves recognition and a nice wage increase. Tom
I asked the man working the meat-slicing station this morning if my order would take much longer, since I had already been waiting 30 minutes—and the customer next to me had just left in a huff without his food. Instead of answering politely, he waited five minutes before angrily shouting my name, slamming the sandwiches onto the counter, and mockingly repeating "Chao, chao" (bye-bye) in Spanish. I found this completely disrespectful to both my wife and myself; I am thoroughly disappointed by this rude employee.
Order ahead and it’s not even ready. They’re all standing around. Don’t know what to do. Unacceptable.
