This particular Jersey Mike's is awesome. The staff are welcoming, polite, and professional. Thank you Brianna, Miranda, and Martha.
I had a terrible customer service experience at this location for the second time. I ordered a sandwich and was made to wait while the person who came after me was being served. I ordered the regular-size sandwich, but they made the big size instead .I waited over five minutes at the cashier with no one available to wrap my sandwich or take my payment. It was an extremely disappointing experience.
