The manager and staff at this location are absolutely amazing. The generosity shown by the staff was unparalleled. Thanks to them i was reminded of the impact of a selfless act can have on someones day and i will make sure to extend that kindness somehow. Every one in the building deserves a raise.
Surprised to walk in at 5pm and the lobby and drink station a mess and 4 young kids hanging out behind the line just chatting. There is nobody in the lobby or in line. Food is decent but service and cleanliness could use some work. This is one of the first things I look for to feel welcomed into an establishment.
Our sandwiches were delicious and piled high with our toppings and condiments.
Always great food, no matter what Jersey Mike's I go to. Superb service! I wish the prices were little cheaper, especially for a basic turkey provolone. Thirteen bucks is a little much.
Employee cleaned the slicer and all the counters with a wet, dirty rag and gloves on, then wipe the counters with her hands with the gloves on and then proceeded to ask me what it is that I needed to order I quietly whispered to her. “Can you please change your gloves” and she wrote it down on my order (change gloves) She then whispered to her cook they both laughed and looked at us.
