i placed an online pick up order at about 5:04 pm and it said it would be done by 5:18. my boyfriend then waited well over 30 minutes well watching them help everyone who came in and refused to make my already paid for online order. he said it would have been faster to just have gotten in line and order in person because he watched so many people walk in and be helped then leave. but i had already paid for my order so he was forced to just watched them refuse to make my online for 30 minutes. i’ve never seen or heard of anyt... read more
Food is great! Just have to deal with slow and oblivious staff. Staff is very slow, often standing around. This last time my food sat on the counter for 10 minutes after they told me it wasn’t ready, when I asked again, they gave it to me.
I walked in the store with my grandkids. We did not get any greeting as we stood at the counter no one said a word. They didn’t ask if we need anything. Another person walked in and then the staff welcomed. Him and said they would be right either way them. I asked the staff if I was invisible? He said he was so into placing the online order that he had. I let my grandkids order because my appetite was ruined. Bad customer service. I was so disappointed. I will never enter that place again.
