Great bogo deal on uber eats was canceled with no explanation after waiting an hour. I have a pregnant wife to feed and now she has time wait another hour. Ill be giving Jimmy John's my money from now on.
First and last visit. Staff need hearing aids. Don’t like repeating more then twice. Fire house is better. Tables and chairs were all dirty. Then after there tables were “cleaned,” still dirty. Chairs never touched. Mopping was half assed. Never saw a broom used first. See pictures for questions.
We visited this location on june 28th are 12:41PM. We did an online pick up order. However, when we got in the car my son's sandwich had cheese on it. I get him the same sandwich NO cheese. Well, this time I'm guessing it didn't go through for whatever(I never had that problem before) and it didnt take off the cheese. I had an online order for 2 big kahuna cheesesteak no mushroom (im allergic) they proceeded to put mushrooms on it called the store to inform them of the matter was told the manager was busy to keep the receipt bring the receipt with me next time to redeem the correct food order I came in 7/28 spoke with the manager Derrick (with purple braids) in regards to this matter which he says im here just to collect free food even after providing him with the online order number a physical receipt he was not professional, respectable... read more
