I have celiac disease (like a gluten allergy). So its hard to eat at places like this with all of the cross contamination fears. But the man that made my sandwiches today was stellar (taller with purple ish dreads). He was training a new hire (who was helping with the sandwiches) while also multitasking and made sure every surface was clean, they got new tools, and they both changed their gloves. This has to be the worst location ever. Waited forever for a small pickup order. The floor and tables were dirty and sticky and gross.
Ordering mobile 20+ minutes a head of time is worthless. They do not communicate well where your order is in the process. You could wait an additional 5 or 10 or more for a sandwich you ordered 20+ minutes ago. People walk in a get their sandwich over you placing an order 20+ minutes…
