After today, I don't believe I will be returning to this Jersey Mike's after the terrible customer service I received today. After visiting this location multiple times and being served great sandwiches, the service is just no-longer acceptable. When I tried to speak with the manager an employee lied to me and said he was the manager when he was not. I sat down for just a couple of minutes to talk to a friend. The store wasn’t busy workers on their phone not doing anything. The store was absolutely empty but only had two people on the floor and a caucasian guy with ginger hair sitting off to the corner on a laptop. The ginger guy came up to me and my friend and asked us if we were ordering and if not to get out of his store. He specifically said this and left me and my friend in shock.
