Incredibly frustrated by the recent change to block the pick up shelf. I now have to wait for someone to get my order. I probably waited for 3 or 4 minutes today for something that normally I'm in and out in like 20 seconds. If this doesn't get changed I will not be coming here anymore. Edit: No do not blame your staff. They were doing what they were supposed to there was people in line checking out orders. If this is your choice you need to have a dedicated person handing out food.

Very friendly sales person. Love my sub made the jersey mikes way.
Slow. Unorganized. Stressful to watch. Grill cook only does ONE order at a time backing up the whole operation. Don’t bother you less you have 20-30 min to wait for a sub.
