Me personally I’ve never had a jersey Mike’s sub but my fiancés has been pregnant for 9mo and we just had our daughter yesterday so per her request we doordashed a #7 and I called the store to see if they can make it extra wet and sloppy per her words and they did just exactly that without a question to it. Wonderful sandwich and amazing customer service food was fresh and passed the prego mommy standards with flying colors. Thanks to the crew on west genesee for taking the extra step.
Biggest scum bags ever! I ordered the wrong place and they would not refund me and I asked to speak to manager they hung the phone up on me and then ignored my call when I called back! Funny how I never once yelled at the employee I asked to speak to a manager and got hung up on instead! Again so beyond unprofessional!
This is a top notch place to go for good food. The employees were very friendly and accommodating.
