Drove an extra 20 minutes through traffic just to be told that our walk in orders could not be filled for an hour because of all the online orders...and there was only 2 people working...they were very behind. The guys working where very nice. I don't blame them. Jersey Mike's apparently needs to do better...staff better. I can't even imagine how much money was lost this afternoon. Before I start this, yes I did make modifications to my order, but it shouldn’t have thrown off the employees as much. I was asked two separate times what type of bread I wanted was not given the type of bread that I asked for. Also asked the girl making my sandwich to put the oil in vinegar on the side right after she proceeded to put it on the sandwich, yes she did wipe it off, but it had already gotten the bread all soggy.
