I absolutely would not recommend this place if you are seriously dealing with any type of mental health issue. This place is deceitful and deceptive in the way that they manipulate their clients and debit your account for insane amounts of money without your knowledge or authorization. they don’t care about the individual client. Awful. I speak fast and she said I had ADD 4 minutes into the conversation. Asked about my parents nationality haha, came in late, took personal calls did not apologize. Asked no proper questions in regards to my anxiety and panic. Did not listen, seemed uninterested and then prescribed 4 medications. 1 for seizures which thankfully I have never had, 1 for blood pressure which I mentioned I am already on and paxil which I took and called the office bc I was very sick I had Paxil eyes. When filling out their form for assistance they lure you into giving them your credit card info, although they have a option to opt out. While you now are not entitled or given an appointment. Your forced out by not giving a credit card or form of payment. Which is Is unethical and bad practice. By refusing care.! Everyone that has been pushed out should report them to the state of new jersey.

They only care about your wallet, the front desk and billing are less than useless. I was assured that my appointment was OK to be postponed without charge, and they refused to follow through with that promise and I was charged anyway.

My family member was going there and the clinician/psychiatrist was not empathetic with my sister. She wouldn’t get call backs, text days later and when you left multiple messages they don’t return the calls. Forget accommodating with people working or going to school. Try being more compassionate and working with their schedules especially when they are taking meds for their mental health. We should not have to call an emergency line for meds of an established patient. I will make sure to complain to the appropriate people.... read more
