Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your ride needs. This company has zero respect for its customers (especially women) and takes zero responsibility for the poor business that they run. They have no checks and balances and provided their driver the wrong addresses for our WEDDING after we confirmed with them multiple times prior. Apparently that’s my wife and I’s fault? There are far better services out there for party buses so do yourself a favor and look right past this business.
I do not have words to articulate how DISGUSTED I am by this company and their management. My mother booked a party bus through this company to transport us between the church and venue for my April 2026 wedding. We confirmed the addresses with the management MULTIPLE times, but they do not have written contracts. Due to the lack of contracts, they sent the driver to the wrong location to pick me (the bride) up and because of this we arrived at the church 45 minutes after the agreed upon time. Booked with Jersey Limousine for a night out in NYC and the entire experience was top tier. The vehicle was spotless, chauffeur was professional and on time, and the ride was smooth from start to finish. You can tell they really care about customer service and making everything feel luxury without stress. Definitely recommend for airport rides, weddings, birthdays, or any special event.
We used Jersey Limousine for both a party bus and limo service for our wedding and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Everything looked amazing and really elevated the entire day for us and our guests. One of my favorite parts was how personalized they made everything. Honestly had an amazing with this company! Called them and booked a reservation from the airport and it was such an amazing experience. The car was so clean and spacious, the driver took all our bags didn’t have to touch a thing. The drive itself was also so smooth. The best company and driver service I’ve ever experienced. Definitely recommend!!!
