The owner is a liability to this company, I've ordered from them many times before but today was the last time. Over the years they don't seem to have put a system in place to prevent the same bad things from happening over and over again, in the end he appears to always choose to inconvenience his customers over himself. I encourage you to avoid using this supplier. They have good products, don't get me wrong, but after damaging my property when their delivery driver ran into one half of our driveway gate, sheering the panel off its hinge, bending the panel and one of its posts, the owners failed to respond to multiple requests to replace the gate and make us whole.
