Dr. Vernon is an amazing, brilliant doctor who takes his time to listen and explain everything clearly and his staff is professional, caring, and attentive. Whatever issues you are struggling with, there isn't a better office you could be in. It's comforting to know you're working with a team of professionals who are not just there to "do their job". Fantastic practice! I feel that I’m on my way to getting to what’s going on with me! Dr. Vernon is so knowledgable and you can tell he wants you feeling your best!!! I haven’t felt that way in a very long time! I always feel rushed and not heard! He took his time explaining and examining and I never felt rushed!! And on top of that he has a wonderful front desk staff!
Office staff is wonderful and polite. They go above and beyond to contact you and update you with insurance approvals and appointments. Dr. Vernon is an outstanding doctor. He takes time with you, explains what is going on and what needs to be done in a manner that you understand. You will never feel rushed during your appointment. He takes his time and is very detailed with examinations and procedures.
I was recommended to Dr Vernon from my amazing back DR Alok Sharan. I was having many issues and Dr Vernon has been going above and beyond to fix each and everyone of them. Not only calls me to see how I am but goes further to tell me to call him personally if I need anything. Trust me when i tell you he cares through and through about you! He listens to you and treats each symptoms you have. I can’t rave about him enough! I am so happy I found someone who cares about me and is truly helping me.
