Nice simple layout. Clean and staff was friendly.
Just joined this gym a little while ago, I love it and feel very comfortable in comparison to other gyms I’ve been to. The staff are super lovely as well and make sure you are acknowledged and they are very helpful as well! I also always see janitors cleaning while I workout so it’s nice knowing everything is well taken care of. I was treated very poorly for the first time today by a staff member at the westville location. I was about to use the sauna (which up until today) displayed directions which I was following. An employee with red hair who is working Sunday morning (4/12) Rudly snapped at me for touching the control panel (as was previously instructed) she demanded my last name and was just nasty. So glad I found this gym. I was previously paying more for a tiny, women’s-only space with limited equipment—this place has it all. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and everything is spotless. I look forward to every single workout!
