I’ve been taking classes now for about 8 months and love it! It’s one of the only classes I’ve been a part of where I feel it’s truly a no judgment zone! Michelle kills it every single time in class and is extremely helpful when it comes to advice on workouts and nutrition when you are on your own! I highly recommend trying it out. Nothing better then getting a great workout while having fun and making new friends!!!
