Great service, great food, just what you expect from Jersey Giant. Glad they have a location close to my rural home!
nope never ever again. This place is 100% the WORST place ive been too. I mean, the lady who i think is the boss is so rude. She stared me down while eating, she limited the stuff i could get, like i wanted 3 subs and she only allowed 1 due to shortage. Really????!!!???. This place is a joke. I will never eat here again. i tried to ask an employee for the owners number and he said hes not giving it out. I will burn this place down. The subs that I have had there are top notch so far. I have eaten in and gotten carry out 6 times so far and have not had a problem so far. Fresh bread, lots of meat, and just enough vegetables make these sandwiches great. Unlike subway I never have to worry about walking out with more bread and veggies than meat. I highly recommend this sub place.
I ate at Jersey Giant in Charlotte today. I love Jersey Giant but however this location is disgusting. I would never eat there again. The customer service is horrible too. I HAD TO DRIVE 20 MIN HOME AFTER GETTING MY SUB BY THE TIME I GOT HOME OPENED IT TO EAT IT AND THERE WAS MOLD ON THE BREAD!!!
NEVER EVER GO THERE THE SKINNY UGLY LADY THAT WORKS THERE IS VERY RUDE AND IF SHE REALLY IS THE MANAGER SHE NEEDS TO GET A LIFE. AND IF SHE IS THE OWNER SHE NEEDS TO TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS BETTER I WILL NEVER EAT THERE OR ATTEMPT TO GO THERE AGAIN. PATHETIC JUST OPENED AND ALREADY TURNING AWAY CUSTOMERS TO OTHER PLACES. SUBWAY WAS MUCH BETTER ANYWAYS AND THEY HAVE WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Terrible customer service. I don't know what makes little companies think they can make it without their customers. Telling people to go elsewhere because your either "too busy" or just f**king lazy is a terrible way to build clientele.

The ugly girl who works there is very rude and we will never go back there again. She cut onions for over 5min and would not help us while we just stood in line starring at her. Then she told us if we didn't like it to go somewhere else because she's busy! How rude!
