We purchased a living room set from this store and decided to finance the purchase. The owners were very reasonable and flexible, and even when we were late on a payment or needed clarification on the interest charged to our account, they always took the time to explain everything in detail. The delivery was timely, and their delivery crew went the extra mile to ensure my over sized sofa set made it to its destination( the living-room)! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. I gave full cash payment in advance for six dining table chairs. The guy told me I will get chairs in 2-3 weeks which I did not. Then he started giving me excuses after excuses. 5 Weeks later I asked to cancel the order and return money. He said he will but it will take time. He started talking about company policy. The truth is there is only one store and no such 'company' that takes time to process refund. I am still waiting for my money to be returned. NEVER EVEN ENTER THIS STORE.
I had bought two dining tables with 8 chairs on the 5th November.the material got delivered only last week and that too with one dining table not delivered and two chairs not delivered and one lead damaged and another one leaf missing.Today is the 13th of December and I am yet to receive the materials.had been calling since yesterday and no one answers the phone.today the guy who picked up the phone says they close and 7pm..I am having a horrible experience with these guys
I went into this place for the hell of it, when I met the owner and his wife they were so nice and helpful I bought a new bed, coffee table and end tables.....what quality stuff!!!! I love it and everyone who comes in my house loves it too....very good prices!!!!! Go there you will be very satified!!!!! :)
