Jabari - our service tech does a great job at communicating and keeping us updated on all issues related to with the elevators .. his customer service is top notch!
Who hired this animal? From 6:25am on 03/18 he’s been tailgating me from exit 7A on the turnpike to exit 10 metuchen. It is scary someone even hire or do business with such low IQ individual tailgating with their high beams on purposely. Please find another elevator company to do business with.
If I could give the zero stars I would. I highly warn you not to do business with Jersey Elevator. They are rip offs. We signed a contract to repair our elevator at our church along with a maintenance contract. They knew what was needed for the repair. Once the contract was signed they stated they could not find the part and presented us to get a new elevator which our church could not afford.
