If I could give the zero stars I would. I highly warn you not to do business with Jersey Elevator. They are rip offs. We signed a contract to repair our elevator at our church along with a maintenance contract. They knew what was needed for the repair. Once the contract was signed they stated they could not find the part and presented us to get a new elevator which our church could not afford. I’ve had a pretty great experience with this company. Overall, they always show up when they say they will then try to make suggestions to help in the future.
Our Rep - Stephen is amazing - always prompt to answer calls and provide service when needed.. absolute professional !
Do not recommend they are very rude and unhelpful be careful from this unless you want bad service
