Spoke with Scott who was super nasty and rude and proceeded to talk to me as if I was a child and telling me that he’s worked there since 1992 ( not sure how when your so rude to customers just Inquiring about their warranty ) I told him he did not have to be so rude I’m just asking a question and he just continued. he was miserable since the second I called. Sounds like he needs to retire. Thanks to Scott I Won’t be getting my service here anymore!
