The reception bag named Joan is so unprofessional and useless. She is nothing more than in charge of phone and computer and cannot manage these two things. Most Wild animals like this are caught and caged or if we are lucky enough for them to be euthanized. She sucks up air and takes up space in life. The rest of the staff are great. But I would not recommend to anyone just on the fact that you have to encounter her. I would give zero stars if possible just because she is sucking up free air at the front desk.
