i'm writing this as i'm waiting 4+ hours in a nearly empty emergency room. i have seen people clock in, clock out, take lunch, take breaks, chit chat, laugh, and even sit around. i'm here for a serious pain i'm feeling in my stomach/abdomen and it's nearly a blinding pain and even though 3 people asked me in the first 30 minutes how the pain is and if it's getting worse (which it gets worse by the minute), they haven't done anything else. i'm being told i'm in a line for who can get me help, but i've seen countless nurses, d... read more
This place was the worse!!! I came in with concerns of a possible miscarriage and they had me waiting on results for over two hours. The lady who did my sonogram told us the doctor would be us within “ 30 mins “ 1 hr and 30 mins passed so i went to desk and asked how much longer it would take being that I was told 30 mins. The man sitting at the desk beside nurse turned around and said “ she lied she lied” and giggled. The workers have ZERO sense of urgency. All they do is chat about EVERYTHING but work. Came here with my mom on early Wednesday morning. Staff was very nice and friendly. They checked her, did exams. It was really quick. Nurses, and doctors were really great. Had a pleasant experience here.
