Please believe the low reviews. Horrible customer service, otherworldly wait times, continued power outages even when weather is fine. Truly the worst electric company I've ever dealt with. No one should be on hold for 2 hours just to get through to a representative.

Criminally high rate hikes, went from $200 a month to $946 this month. Absolutely disgusting behavior that will end people's lives with zero accountability.
