How is it possible that there is a 1.5 hr wait to talk to a live person. What a disgrace
Customer service is so bad. Automated system is not working. They promise to call back and never do so.
Worst customer service, always 2 to 3 hrs behind never get a call back, avoid this company ,,,,
Rate increases every yr.
NO STARs because this is the absolute worst power company I have ever encountered. Their equipment must be ancient and not at all maintained. I have been living in my condo for 6 years and have suffered thru at least 5 power outages of over 12 hours since I’ve lived here. It is beyond ridiculous to pay the exhorbitante amount of money we do to have this type of shabby service. 24 hours without power for no reason except equipment failure?!
