No one answers your calls. You get sky high bills and power goes out constantly.
I understand that there was a price hike in June of 2025. But I have never encountered bills as significantly high. It has been drastic. Today I received a bill for $250. Which is one of the highest that I've ever received since 2017, when we first moved in, including when running multiple AC units during the summer. This is insane. This company is an absolute rip off they don’t even do the meter reading they just charge you what they feel like my bill tripled with the past 2 months. Mind you it’s winter so less energy is being used and it’s still just me by myself in my one bedroom apartment and half the time I’m at work.. so something doesn’t add up. But when you call them you can’t get through do to the high volume of calls. New Jersey is the worst state in the entire country.
Service is never restored until days later after an outage.
You've ruined my holidays .. again!!! Spend some money and upgrade the infrastructure you provide instead of paying your executives massive bonuses.
