In Byram, if it rains harder than a light drizzle, we are guaranteed to lose power for at least 2 hours if not longer. Every. Single. Time. During an ACTUAL storm like this years July 4th, it was FOUR DAYS. It is normal to lose power during a violent storm like that, but not for that long, and not for hours every time it rains or is windy. I am due a refund after we moved from one address to another. It has been 2 months and I have not received refund. I tried to call customer service and was told I had to call some outside company. Worst customer service ever. It wouldn't let me rate 0 stars.
Every little rain and almost weekly we losing power. And it’s taking forever for them to fix it. Terrible company, terrible service. But bills are growing.
A potato and two copper nails have more voltage than your entire setup. Power goes out monthly! Every month we lose it for at least a day. Rural areas dont lose power as often as I do. And I have underground utilities!
They simply don’t care if you have power or not.
