If electric doubles again for no reason I’ll be knocking on your door
Absolute garbage excuse for a utility company. Anytime there's even a slight breeze or mild drizzle, we get power dips or full loss of power. When we had PSE&G in my town, it was infinitely better. They're service is beyond unacceptable.

You can’t get a live person at JCP&L
I have had JCP&L for 2 1/2 years living here. I have lost count of the power outages. If I were to guess somewhere between 25-30 possibly more. I had to install a whole house generator. It has happened ninety degree weather as well as cold weather. Lifetime NJ resident who never experienced anything close to this. It feels like a banana republic sometimes. The outage this morning prompted this review.
