Power goes out if someone farts too hard. Customer service is terrible. I call to get an update on my bill, which they say they will do, then they don't do it. I call back twice and each time they start with, "is this a good number to call you back if we get disconnected?" and both times I got disconnected and they didn't call back. They couldn't be worse if they wanted to.
Nothing has been upgraded. Good luck if there's a dangerous situation that doesnt fit on line drop down! AI is NOT a safe option for customers in need. a tree takes out the lines they show up quickly! However the AI inbound is awful. It does not allow you to call back with an outage update...like a tree down! Disconcerting in dangerous situations. Setting up service with this company should be very simple Before they give you your confirmation email with your account number, etc., they force you to hear “up sales” for other things outside of electricity I don’t feel like I should be forced to hear about other things outside of electricity that I’m not interested in
The amount of power outages is absurd.
