Time for Capt Jim Pertessis to get off the boat! We called Jim about a boat he advertised but it turned out he couldn’t tell us much because he hadn’t even seen the boat. When we asked him to check the boat details with the seller he came back and said that there actually was no a/c or heat on the boat as was advertised . That should have been our clue but we made the mistake of hiring a surveyer and went to see the boat. We arrived and the seller was already out on the boat.
