I totally disagree with the other reviewer! I've received nothing but the best service from this veterinary clinic. They taken time to teach me procedures that I had to do for my cat who had multiple digestion/renal problems that I otherwise would have had to pay for on a regular basis. They have done surgery on one of my cats and while it wasn't super cheap, they do have payment plans available. cold hearted I just called to ask about my dog. and the girl that answered. had attitude. and i don't think that is right. and also i think there should be a way. if a person brings in their animal on emergency. and you dont have checks or debit. i think yous should be able to hold a person id until the bill is paid. i have tried the on line pet pay. but i cant get it. yes i understand yous need your money as well. yous say yous care about animals. but yous will turn them away. if we dont have a pay method. i think that is c... read more
THIS VET KILLED MY DOG. MISDIAGNOSED HER FOR OVER A MONTH. SENT US HOME WITH MEDS AND THEN 30 MIN LATER SHE DIED. I HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING THIS AND I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WITH A PROBLEM WITH THEM. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE THEY ARE HEARTLESS! HORRIBLE PLACE!!
