During the COVID-19 health crisis, our fridge decided to stop working. We called Jersey Appliance and they had a person out the next day. The repair person came in to our house in a mask and gloves, quickly diagnosed the problem, realized it was a warranty repair, contacted the manufacturer to get the authority and replaced the necessary part that he had in his truck. Highly unprofessional. First they don't give me any flexibility for date of service then they cancel on me cause one of their technician had emergency. I was understanding and I rescheduled however they then give me a window from 12 to 5 I called to remind them that my door bell doesn't work to please have him call me. At 422 I called this really rude lady tells me that he is in my town. That am his next stop. Great experience. Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem as the main board on my GE side by side. Tech Lou replaced the main board and the fridge works as it did when it was new. He also showed us how to clean the wax build up on the dryer screen from the dryer sheets because the dryer was getting to hot. I called Appliance Repair Edison first and the tech had NO idea what he was doing and diagnosed the wrong problem.
