My daughter was on her way to a mission trip when she got a nail in her tire passing through construction on 95. When she got to a truckstop, they informed her that they are supposed to call Jerry’s towing. When he got there, he told her that he would not be able to plug the tire for her and to follow him to the shop so he could replace it (while smoking in her face the whole time). I never leave reviews like this, but hopefully it can save one person some money. If it is the weekend, do not call this place. I will charge you $160 for merely driving a 5 miles even if they are unable to help you at all. They will tell you to follow them to the shop, change your tire AND THEN tell you about the $160. The man who changed my tire was kind enough, but I feel a bit scammed for not being informed about the charge before hand.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! PLEASE READ IF CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING AUTO SHOP!!! Ive never felt the urge to leave a review on anything so strong, but this is a warning for anyone looking. Absolute SCAM. called the owner and told us to bring it by to have his guy look at it. Got there and informed the mechanic of the phone call with the owner. He then just takes of my brake line, which completely broke in the process eliminating any option to go anywhere else, THEN calls surrounding auto shops to check part availability... seriously... read more
We stopped with an older couple who had a flat tire. The couple called AAA and it took them hours to respond. We called Jerry's garage and they were there within 20 minutes and were able to change the tire. Both guys were courteous, helpful and gave exceptional service. I would give them more stars if I could
