Total rip-off! Was quoted one price to tow from Greencastle to authorized auto repair in Indianapolis ($165). Picked up car at approx 10:a.m., car wasn't delivered to car repair shop until late afternoon. Instead of taking car directly to car repair shop as instructed, towed car to their lot first (charged $65), then towed car to authorized shop ($185). Total cost end up being $250!!!!! I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office.
