My wife and myself stopped at jerrys when we were looking for a used car..we bought a 2010 Altima....customer service was excellent....day later the check engine light came on ...i called and talked to them ...they immediately set a appointment with a shop...the shop put a new catalytic converter on ...no charge to me ....as far as i am concerned they earned a new customer....by the way...prices are fair....down payment was reasonable...
