RecommendedJerry’s Transmission saved our vacation!! They were very busy but made a point to help us out knowing we were traveling from out of town and in a time crunch. Not only did they squeeze us in they helped us find a great hotel for kids for the night. While we were there every single staff member went above and beyond to help make waiting with two young children, 2 and 6 years old, a pleasant experience. I couldn’t recommend Jerry’s more!!
Jerry's Transmission is one of the best and honest Transmission shop we have been to. Thought my transmission went out on my truck and was ready to get a new transmission after being stranded 900 miles from home. Kurt and Brett looked at it and said it was only our clutch that went out and they did everything they could to do to make sure we were back on the road that day. had transmission done on a 93 Chevy Brett and his team went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. their work speaks for itself my truck drives like a dream now, and they had me in and out in about 4 days. customer service was excellent called me daily to let me know the progress and what was happening. will never go anywhere else for any work, and will refer anyone that needs work to Jerry's.
Would recommend. Took my 08 Civic Si trans in for rebuild, due to a second gear failure. There was something missed during the rebuild, however, I was well taken care of. Car is now back on the road and shifts better than when it was new. The way a business treats the customer in circumstance such as this is truly telling of their character.
